Task Description 职责描述：1. Product an d process management- -  Improve an d develop products，set up stardared Bekaert routing process based on Qing production conditions.- -  Standardize an d systematize specific drawing process， set up database for test results to stabilize the quality.- -  Define an d optimize the content， frequency， an d method of process control system for dry drawing， assure the stablity of product quality.- -  Keep optimizing process to improve efficiency an d quality.
2. Project an d NPD management- - Organize， implement an d accomplish process project an d NPD （new product development）- - based on situation of BQWP， define an d execute process project， to improve cost， quality an d efficiency- - Participate projects organized by KLP/TQM， etc
3. Quality- -  Cooperation with other departments for internal an d external customer complaints solution.- -  Develop an d implement solutions to reduce/eliminate product quality complaints an d increase process robustness to prevent quality recurrent problems.- -  Quick targeting root cause an d offer corrective action when there is problem related to process an d product application..- -  Support QA on providing disposition to NC material on daily basis
4. Training- - Provide training about dry drawing process an d pickling  to production- - Participate training organized by company an d make improvement- - Compose training material

Qualifications 任职要求：1. Master Degree， metallic materials， heat treatment Ｏr similar discipline;2. Good command of English， CET-6 Ｏr above;3. Good computer skills an d familiar with General Office software;4. Good communication skills;5. Good organization skills;6. Good analytical an d problem solving skills.
